Bridging Classrooms and Factory Floors

Industry collaboration drives the e-Powertrain project forward. As Europe accelerates the shift to electrified mobility, we continue to work closely with Swedish stakeholders across education, research, and manufacturing to understand how this transition is reshaping skills and training.

These discussions explore how companies and institutions prepare for new demands in electric vehicle production, battery technology, and sustainable manufacturing. They highlight the growing need for engineers and technicians who can work across disciplines, combining knowledge of electronics, automation, and digital systems.

e-Powertrain brings these insights directly into the design of its course framework. The goal is to ensure that vocational training not only responds to technological change but also anticipates future needs. Collaboration with industry experts and vocational institutions supports the development of flexible modules that can evolve with emerging competences.

By engaging those at the forefront of the mobility transition, e-Powertrain helps bridge the gap between classrooms and workplaces, connecting innovation with inclusion and opportunity.
