From Skills to Systems: Training the Engineers of Tomorrow

Electric mobility is more than a change in propulsion, it’s a change in perspective.
Modern electric vehicles are no longer just machines; they’re complex systems where batteries, drives, control units, and software work in harmony.

This growing complexity calls for a new kind of engineer, one who understands the complete system rather than isolated parts.

That’s the mission of e-Powertrain. Through our Erasmus+ project, we connect traditional automotive expertise with emerging competences in electrification, energy storage, and digital integration. The result: system-level training that prepares professionals to design, integrate, and optimise the technologies shaping Europe’s sustainable mobility future.

By bridging disciplines, we’re not just improving vehicles, we’re helping Europe build a cleaner, smarter, and more resilient mobility ecosystem.
